Choose a grey-structure contract (foundation, RCC, brickwork, plaster) and handle finishing yourself, or a full turnkey package where we deliver a move-in-ready home. We explain both clearly so you pick what suits your budget.

What does it cost to build a house in 2026?

Grey structure runs about Rs 2,000 – 3,800 per sq ft and turnkey Rs 5,000 – 9,000 per sq ft of covered area, depending on your area and finish level.
